Today We Are One, LLC specializes in coordinating and decorating events for any occasion. Come in and inquire about our event rentals, (linen chair covers, vases etc.), balloon décor invitations, programs and more. We’ve partner with catering, cakes, DJ services, photography and videography to help you save time, money and levitate stress. We understand that you’re putting your trust in our hands, as well as the hands of our preferred vendors….and we have the best team in place just for you.


Created on the principles of "If you can dream it, we can achieve it”. We strive to create each event (weddings, birthdays, baby showers, prom, sweet16, family reunion, fraternity party or corporate party) beyond our client's expectations. We will create a beauty ambiance, while you mingle with your guest.

Our Services

We offer a variety of items to rent for events. Items include throne chairs, tablecloths, overlays, chair covers, table runners, backdrops, vases, lanterns, candelabras (tabletop or hanging), ceremony arches, columns, balloon décor, invitations, programs and more! Full Package

There are a lot of things to oversee and questions to be answered on the day of your wedding. This package takes care of you from beginning to end. This is the day “WE” become one! Basically, we will help you from start to finish and everything in between. Right after our initial meeting, we will design a proposal specifically for you based on your budget and what's important to you and your fiancé. We will guide you through your timeline'...i.e. when you should send out save the dates and invitations, as well as provide other professional such as photographer; videographer, bakery etc., to help you save time, money and levitate stress. LEAVING NO DETAIL UNTOUCHED!!

Partial Package

For the hands-on couple who have a good handle on the wedding process, yet, would benefit from having the knowledge and resources of a certified wedding planner for assistance. Together…with you, we'll prepare and coordinate the remaining details of your wedding. Assisting you from any point of your wedding planning, through the final process. We recommend you contact us at least 7+ months prior.

On the Day

This package is a “peace of mind” essential and meant for the couple that has planned a majority of their wedding and needs help tying up loose ends and executing the wedding day. The day-of wedding coordinator handles all concerns and makes sure that everything is done on time, starting with the items that must be in place prior to the wedding ceremony. When it comes to decorations, flowers and seating, the coordinator schedules vendors to come in and set up before the wedding. Then we assure that all previous arrangements are organized according to your wishes.

We recommend you contact us 3-4 months prior to your big day.

Corporate/Private Events

We organize unique birthday parties, engagements, baby showers, anniversaries, dinners and any other type of private event. You decide what level of support you need: We take care of everything down to the last detail. Our services for private parties include:
